SnapTheChange is a SaaS platform operated by ZanKo, LLC and used by licensed contractors to manage change orders and job-related communications during active projects.

Customers provide their phone number directly to their contractor as part of an active service engagement. By providing a phone number, customers consent to receive transactional, project-related SMS notifications including job updates, document review requests, and approval confirmations.

Messages are one-to-one and related only to active work orders. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

Message frequency varies based on project activity. Message and data rates may apply.
